The SMAPRO S360 automatic spot welding machine adopts advanced microcomputer control technology, with the following features:

1 - It has automatic positioning and spot finding functions, and can store the coordinates and welding parameters of 200 sets of fixtures, eliminating the need for repeated settings.

2 - The HMI (Human-Machine Interface) has online communication capabilities with the welding mainboard. All parameters can be adjusted and set by the HMI, and all welding motion commands can be executed on the HMI.

3 - The welding mainboard can store the current welding parameter set, facilitating users to weld the same product.

4 - The automatic running platform uses a Japanese YAMAHA robotic arm and servo controller to control the platform's movements. After spot welding one product, it automatically moves to another product for welding, improving the production efficiency of electronic components.

5 - It is easy to operate, has high production efficiency, and simplified parameter settings, making it easy to learn, use, and maintain.

Scope of Application

The SMAPRO S360 automatic spot welding machine is a specialized automatic spot welding device for the electronics and microelectronics industries, suitable for welding products with regular shapes. This equipment can directly weld enameled wires without removing the insulating varnish. Furthermore, it achieves lead-free soldering without any flux or solder, representing advanced environmentally friendly soldering technology. During welding, a strong current flows through the tiny welding area, converting electrical energy into heat energy. In an instant, the two metals are firmly welded together, forming a metal alloy that is not easily oxidized. Advantages include small, strong solder joints, minimal signal attenuation, and high-temperature resistance. This equipment is easy to operate and maintain. It is suitable for welding enameled wires, gold wires, silver wires, copper wires, aluminum foil, etc., and is especially convenient for welding small products such as IC cards, induction coils, power components, small coils, small magnetic rings, and enameled wires.
