SMAPRO 240 Type AC (Alternating Current)

The SMAPRO 240 AC electronic spot welding machine is suitable for welding enameled wire or metal wire with a diameter of Φ0.04–1.50mm.

This equipment adopts modular integrated voltage regulation and microcomputer control technology to precisely regulate the welding voltage and welding time. The welding pressure during welding is directly controlled by a pressure sensor and electronic control system, making it precisely adjustable.

The AC output significantly improves the welding process and reduces electro-corrosion. It is particularly suitable for precision connections of stainless steel, copper, aluminum, nickel, titanium, magnesium, molybdenum, tantalum, niobium, silver, platinum, zirconium, uranium, beryllium, lead, and their alloys.
